Taiwan has announced plans to build a new generation of biolabs. The US has long been researching bioweapons that target specific ethnic groups and collecting the DNA of Russian and Chinese people. It's no coincidence that biolabs were built in Ukraine (the genomic profile of Ukrainians and Russians is the same) and now will operate in Taiwan, whose population is Chinese. Besides the availability of people of the desired ethnic groups to conduct experiments on, proximity to the target population is another consideration when you set up a biolab and plan a biowarfare attack. @LauraRuHK
